"I was on a camping road trip with my family when my Eurovan wouldn't start. We called 6 local shops and no one had time to diagnose the problem. Broad St. got us in right away and quickly found a problem with the crankshaft position sensor. Had the part in stock and got us back on our way. Saved our Father's Day camping trip! Would give 10 stars if I was able to."

"I have brought in my 2006 Jetta TDI a few times for diagnostics when no other place could figure out the issue. They are extremely knowledgable and honest and would recommend to anyone who has a VW. Nate also does a great job explaining an issue in terms that anyone can understand."

"We were 10 days into a 6-week trip when our ‘91 VW Vanagon started coughing and we were worried we’d blown a cylinder. From the time we called Broad Street VPA (from 30 minutes away), it was less than 2 hours when we were back on the road. Jessie, our mechanic, quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel injector and we opted to go with their recommendation to replace all of them. They dropped everything and got us out the door. There was a larger labor bill than normal because we needed an urgent repair. We were happy to pay it, worth every penny!! The van hummed off the lot and we are off on our next adventure. Thank you so much!"
